As Supervisor of Physical Security Technology at a Fortune 200 utility serving 16 million customers across 70,000 square miles with $63 billion in assets, he led NERC CIP compliance across 3,500 locations—managing access control, video management, analytics, intrusion detection, and insider threat systems. Mike's technical expertise spans enterprise deployments, emerging technology evaluation, break/fix operations, and ensuring zero audit findings across CIP-004, CIP-006, CIP-007, CIP-010, and CIP-011 requirements. His proven track record delivers audit-ready solutions backed by sustainable operational support.
Brian brings 40+ years of executive security leadership protecting Fortune 200 critical infrastructure worldwide. His career spans directing security operations across 2,500+ facilities in manufacturing, power generation, retail, and logistics—managing teams of 500+ personnel and safeguarding assets exceeding $75 billion. He developed internationally recognized IFC Physical Security Standards and led NERC compliance programs for global renewable energy portfolios. Brian's expertise includes executive protection, threat management, investigations, CTPAT Tier 1 certification, and 24/7 security operations centers. As a 30-year Level 1 Reserve Police Officer and Stanford Executive Education graduate, he delivers strategic security solutions that exceed regulatory requirements while mitigating emerging threats.
Pete brings extensive operational leadership from technology and entrepreneurship. As Development Lab Manager at a Fortune 50 tech company, he led three development teams across Silicon Valley, Redmond, and China for 11 years, managing seven-figure budgets and earning the Gold Star Award for building Silicon Valley's largest on-campus development lab. He founded and scaled a logistics SaaS platform to 100+ clients and a 25-person team before a successful exit, then built a national branded apparel business. As a certified SYSTEMologist® and former SCORE Chapter Chair, Pete specializes in creating repeatable systems, aligning strategy with execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver audit-ready security solutions with precision and accountability.
