Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to expand our presence in Southern California. This role is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their compliance and security needs, and connecting them with the right GSC solutions. The ideal candidate is consultative, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Southern California region.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for security and compliance needs.

  • Work with site engineers and subject-matter experts to tailor solutions that align with client requirements.

  • Represent GSC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and client success.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security, compliance, technology, or related fields.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions simply.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a regional territory independently.

  • Familiarity with NERC-CIP, NIST, or security/compliance frameworks is a plus.

  • Must be based in Southern California with willingness to travel as needed.

Senior Security Technician

About the Role

Global Security Co-Operative (GSC) is seeking an experienced Senior Security Technician to support the design, installation, and commissioning of enterprise physical security systems across Texas.
This role focuses on Low Impact NERC-CIP (CIP-003) facilities within the electric utility sector, including substations, control centers, and critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry access control, Salient CompleteView VMS, and Axis network camera systems, and will collaborate closely with the GSC design team on technical drawings, device layouts, and system architecture packages.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Documentation

  • Collaborate with GSC’s engineering and drafting team to produce:
    • System design drawings, one-lines, device layouts, and IP network diagrams.
    • Door schedules, panel risers, and integration schematics.
    • Compliance documentation supporting Low Impact CIP (CIP-003) requirements.
  • Engineer and configure AMAG Symmetry access control solutions (controllers, readers, database setup, user permissions).
  • Review and validate design packages to ensure compliance with EPC, client, and regulatory standards.

Installation, Configuration & Commissioning

  • Install, configure, and commission AMAG Symmetry servers, clients, and field hardware.
  • Deploy and maintain Salient CompleteView VMS systems (recorders, storage, user roles, and remote management).
  • Install, focus, and optimize Axis IP cameras using Lightfinder, Zipstream, and edge recording; ensure secure integration with the VMS.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and final acceptance commissioning.
  • Support creation of as-built drawings and O&M documentation.

Field Leadership & Subcontractor Oversight

  • Lead and oversee subcontractor crews to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate with EPCs, general contractors, and utility operations teams for site readiness and commissioning.
  • Serve as field liaison during system startup, client acceptance, and warranty support.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Apply understanding of NERC-CIP-003 and related standards (CIP-006, CIP-014) to maintain Low Impact compliance.
  • Ensure physical and logical security configurations align with project documentation and access control policy.
  • Maintain all field records, testing logs, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in physical security technology (access control, IP video, low-voltage, networking).
  • Proven expertise with AMAG Symmetry, Salient CompleteView, and Axis products.
  • Familiarity with electric utility environments, substations, and critical infrastructure projects.
  • Working knowledge of NERC-CIP standards, particularly CIP-003 for Low Impact assets.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and collaborate on AutoCAD drawings, one-lines, and device layouts.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, ONVIF, H.264/H.265).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and self-management skills.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and meet all client site access requirements.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas with short notice (per diem provided).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Axis Certified Professional (ACP)
  • OSHA 10/30 or electric-utility substation access safety training
